I've heard that you shouldn't give your cats and kittens milk? Is this correct?
I have given my kittens milk since they were old enough to drink it. After all they drink milk from the momma cat.
Why would it be bad for them?
I do know that when their stool is light colored I lay off- I only give it to them 1 time a day- the other feeding is water.

That is true. You are not recommended to give your cats regular milk as it is not considered healthy for them. You can give them a small amount of diluted goats milk and a few other things that are a bit healthier.

I have heard it as well, many times, that regular cow milk is not good for cats, it gives them upset stomachs and can make them throw up. If I give some to my cats, on rare occasions, I always add water in it.
