Funny Pet Stories

I thought we had a funny pet story thread, but I can't find it. Maybe, I just dreamed it up. It's funny how I can dream my day to day activities just like I was actually doing them. For instance, I have dreamed I was at work many times. Oh well, never mind. I want to tell you of a funny story about a cat we had named Praise.

It was so funny, maybe not at the time. But looking back on the incident, it is funny now. My husband and I were eating our dinners and watching television. I don't know how she did it. Somehow, she managed to sneak up behind us on the couch. With one motion she was airborne, she grabbed my husband's porkchop and was off. She was amazing. It's a good thing, she was fast. Because if he caught her, she might have regretted stealing his porkchop.

Now that is cute. My cat boots did the same thing one time except it was a piece of chicken.

Hahaha! So you've got a food stealer, and a very quick one. One of our cats had stolen a whole steak from a plate once, but it was when I'd just served it and let the plate sit on the counter unsupervised (my mistake). I don't think he'd attempt doing it when we are sitting there and eating.
