I went outside to clean the cat litter pans when I got home from work. I came in to 5 terrified kittens, a bunch of hair, and 2 missing cats. The 2 adult cats got into a fight.
I'm guessing the non-momma cat came out to mess with the kittens and the Momma cat attacked her.
Momma cat (Tabby) was fine but Gracie (other adult) was missing hair and has blood on her side.
Poor cats!
I'm guessing Tabby was protecting the kittens!

Oh my gosh! Is everyone ok?? It would seem that the Tabby was protecting them, what a great cat.

Yes they are all ok. Thankfully- Man those kittens would not come out for a bit. I settled them all down. Every time I opened the door to where they are- Gracie would run and hide. (I think she is the culprit).
We have to be extra careful to be sure the door is closed all the way.

Today is the day that the first kitten is leaving! They are ready to go to their new homes!

Non mamma cat have a wound due to the attack of momma cat.Isn't it painy ?I feel that also painy.If non mamma car may get good environment,I mean its secure habitat she may not come over there to mess up.Don't you think so?
